The first step is to create an account on our website. Then, you will have to wait for our Compliance Department to validate your account after requesting some validation documents via email. The price of the indicator corresponds to the value at a given moment of the metal on the London Bullion Market (LBMA). Logistics and service costs are added to the published sale price to ensure the physical delivery of metals in Chile, which is why the price is slightly higher.
How does the compare button work?

Does exist a limit for my shopping cart?
Yes, there is a limit on your shopping cart attached to the final amount. This is because our payment methods can’t exceed the maximum amount of your cards or the amount that you have saved on your bank accounts.
Which payment methods are allowed?
You can pay your order using your credit card, debit card, bank transfer or other electronic methods that we have hired, and you can see them when you are ready to pay.
How can I make returns of my products?
Being a financial asset, our products cannot be returned as such. Just like when you buy foreign currency, like dollars, the transaction is subject to an exchange rate. Since I can sell you my metal pieces, can I also sell you jewelry?
No. Unfortunately, jewelry is a different category from ours, because this metals are marketed as a finished product and not as a financial asset; as jewelry implies metallic alloys (gold and silver mixed with other metals and elements), we cannot accept these pieces. We only accept pure gold and silver bars marketed as such. If you want to receive money for your jewelry, we invite you to go to your nearest jewelry store so that they can evaluate your pieces and give you their respective value for them.

The precious metals market works with troy ounce, which has the following conversion factor:

To pick up your precious metals you need to bring your ID (or passport) and the voucher of your order that we sent to you via email, which also you can find it on your account in the transactions history section.
How much time do I have to pick up my order?
You have 5 business days to pick up your order in the location that we informed you via email with your order confirmation. If you missed this time, unrequest storage cost will be charged to you.
Can another person go to pick up my order?
In the case that another person goes to pick up your order, the responsable will need a signed simple power given by the owner, also a copy of the owner’s ID or passport and the ID or passport of the responsable to pick up the order.
